At Patchouli Dreams, emotion leads the way.
In a world where technique often takes center stage, I create from a different place. I don’t paint with traditional tools. I create pour paintings, using intentional techniques to layer, tilt, and guide paint across the canvas. What brings each piece to life isn’t control. It’s feeling.
Every swirl, every cell, every interaction between colors is shaped by emotion. Joy, grief, hope, healing. They all find their way into the work. I pour the paint, move the canvas, and allow gravity and motion to do their part. The process is fluid, organic, and deeply personal. I’m not forcing the outcome. I’m releasing it.
Color is my language. Movement is my method. Emotion is the storyteller.
My stained glass reflects the light, but my poured paintings reflect the soul. The textures are unpredictable, raw, and honest, much like emotion itself. That’s the heart of Patchouli Dreams. What you’re seeing isn’t just paint on canvas. It’s feeling made visible.
